Submit an Event Request (Help?)
Please complete the form below to submit your event request. Fields marked with an * are required to complete the form submission. Your event will be forwarded to the appropriate Calendar administrator(s) for review and approval before being posted to the calendar.

The Vice President for University Communication has requested that we please refrain from using individual information (name, phone #, email address) under the "Event Contact Information" section. Instead, use an appropriate department or division name, phone and email address (i.e. "University Information Technologies, 610-519-4400, unit@villanova.edu").

Although you can only indicate one Event Category, you may request that you event be added to multiple categories by indicating the desired categories in the "Internal Notes" field. This includes submitting for display on the VU Homepage under the "University Homepage" category. (Note: all category submissions are subject to approval)
