Please join us in Falvey Memorial Library’s Speakers’ Corner on Monday, Apr. 22, for an event to honor the 43rd Earth Day. Faculty and invited experts will have a discussion on the economic opportunities and environmental challenges posed by natural gas extraction in the Marcellus Shale. The talk will include questions posed by the audience. A continental breakfast will also be served. Following the panel discussion in Falvey, there will be several other events on campus to celebrate Earth Day, including the following:
