Event Description
In "Globalization, Multinational Enterprise and Development: The Roles of Business, Government, and NGOs," Jonathan Doh, the Herbert G. Rammrath Endowed Chair in International Business, Director of the Center for Global Leadership and professor of Management and Operations in the Villanova School of Business, will review recent developments related to the changing balance of global economic influence and the emergence of developing countries as major players in the world economy. He will then discuss his recent research on the role of multinational enterprise, governments, and nongovernmental organization on the process and outcomes of development. He will conclude with some implications of these findings for public policy, corporate strategy, and civil society.

Prof. Doh has co-author of two recently published books, Multinationals and Development NGOs and Corporations: Conflict and Collaboration.
